Job Summary: We are seeking a QA Analyst with a solid track record to ensure product excellence through anomaly detection and adherence to IT standards. Key Highlights: 1. Monitor and ensure product excellence prior to deployment. 2. Mitigate risks by promptly detecting anomalies and defects. 3. Strategic planning and execution of testing. We seek a QA Analyst with a strong 3- to 5-year background in software quality assurance. The primary mission of this role is to monitor and ensure product excellence before deployment into production environments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for mitigating risks by promptly identifying anomalies, errors, and defects through strategic test planning and execution, ensuring that technological solutions strictly comply with the standards defined by the IT department. **Work Mode:** Hybrid (as required by the project) in San Isidro, Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Responsibilities **Test Execution:** Perform functional, performance, regression, exploratory, system, and integration testing of the organization's information systems. **Documentation Audit:** Thoroughly review technical and functional documentation delivered by project managers and the Development team. **QA Planning:** Develop a strategic Test Plan for Quality Control and detail the test cases defined therein. **Analysis and Reporting:** Accurately analyze results from executed tests, generating dashboards and progress reports on quality status. **Technical Follow-up:** Prepare technical and follow-up reports on the progress and status of testing for assigned IT projects. Profile and Background **Academic Degree:** Bachelor's degree or equivalent (University or Technical) in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Network and Security Engineering, or related fields. **Required Experience:** 3–5 years of proven experience in related roles such as Quality Analyst, Tester Analyst, or QA Analyst. 2\. Mandatory Technology Stack **Databases:** Knowledge and hands-on experience with SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL, and others. **Test Management:** Experience using ALM (Quality Center) and Jira for incident tracking and control. **Automation / Testing:** Proficiency with testing tools such as Selenium IDE. 3\. Preferred Qualifications (Plus) ISTQB certification (desirable). Scrum Master certification. Project Management Diploma. 4\.
