Job Summary: We are seeking a Recruitment and Selection Analyst with experience managing personnel selection processes, organizing interviews, and monitoring documentation. Key Highlights: 1. Monitoring of documentation for selection processes We are Servicios Brickell S.A.C., a food manufacturing company with over 11 years of market experience. Currently, we are looking for a Recruitment and Selection Analyst with the following requirements: REQUIREMENTS: * Graduate or Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Industrial Engineering, Industrial Relations, Administration, or related fields. * Minimum 3 years of professional experience, including at least 2 years specifically as an analyst, assistant, or in a similar role. * Experience executing Recruitment and Selection processes in the public sector. * Experience in selecting personnel such as cooks, nutritionists, and warehouse staff. (Non-exclusive) * Availability to work Monday through Saturday. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Execute and manage Recruitment and Selection processes for personnel. * Organize, schedule, and participate in personnel selection interviews, providing interview protocols and documents submitted by candidates to support decision-making by the user department. * Coordinate and monitor the administration of knowledge-based, psychological, psychotechnical, and other assessments defined by the institution. * Monitor that documentation supporting all stages of the selection process remains up-to-date and well-organized. * Manage, control, and verify documents required in personnel files upon hiring and throughout the employment relationship. * Prepare reports based on selection process data within the scope of responsibility. * Perform other duties inherent to the position as assigned by the Human Resources Department Head.
