Job Summary: Manages recruitment and selection processes—from job profile definition to candidate follow-up—to meet client requirements. Key Highlights: 1. Development within a communicative and organized environment. **Job Objective:** Manage recruitment and selection processes, ensuring proper candidate sourcing, screening, and follow-up, thereby contributing to the timely fulfillment of client requirements. **Main Responsibilities:** * Conduct job profile definition with internal and/or external clients. * Post job openings on job boards, social media, and other recruitment sources. * Perform resume screening and initial contact with applicants. * Coordinate interviews, assessments, and candidate follow-up throughout the process. * Manage and update the candidate database. * Provide support in coordinating training and onboarding of personnel. * Verify applicants’ basic documentation. **Requirements:** * Currently enrolled in or graduated from a technical or university program in Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields. * Minimum 3–6 months of experience in recruitment and selection processes. * Proficiency in Excel and digital tools. * Strong communication, organizational, and detail-oriented skills. **Competencies:** * Proactivity * Results orientation * Teamwork * Effective communication **Working Conditions:** * Fixed salary: **S/ 1,200** * Variable pay: **S/ 300** * Mobility bonus: **S/ 200** * Enrollment in **MYPE payroll system** * **Semi-presential modality** (3 days onsite) * Schedule: **Monday to Friday** 9:00 am to 6:00 pm **Rotational Saturdays per month** 9:00 am to 12:00 pm Employment type: Full-time Salary: Starting at S/.1,200\.00 per month Application question(s): * Send your updated CV to 3erizareclutamiento@gmail.com * Provide your current phone number and WhatsApp number Workplace: Hybrid in Surquillo, Lima
