Job Summary: We are seeking a Recruitment and Selection Analyst to execute large-scale processes, including job posting, resume screening, interviews, and candidate follow-up. Tomás Valle 3821 Salary: S/ 1200 Schedule: Monday to Friday: 7:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. Saturday: 8:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. (Remote Work) Responsibilities: Execute large-scale recruitment and selection processes. Post job openings on employment portals. Resume and telephone screening. Coordinate and conduct interviews (group and individual). Follow up with candidates until onboarding. Manage applicant database. Requirements: Minimum 6 months of experience in mass recruitment. Familiarity with job boards such as Indeed, Computrabajo, or others. Immediate availability. Strong communication and organizational skills. Basic Excel proficiency. Position Type: Full-time, Permanent Salary: S/.1,200\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
