Zona Cel, a LEADING company in the marketing of mobile phone accessories in shopping malls, with over 15 years of experience in the industry, is currently seeking talent for our Administration \- HR department. **What are we looking for?** \-Final-year students or recent graduates in Psychology. \-Minimum 6 months’ experience in Recruitment and Selection. \-Proficiency in job boards. \-Availability to work in San Miguel. **Responsibilities** \-Publish job openings on job boards. \-Resume screening and telephone interviews. \-Track applicants through to contract signing. \-Coordinate with department heads across various areas. \-Prepare contracts for new and rehired staff. \-Handle payroll account and CTS account setup. **Benefits:** \-Working hours: **Monday to Saturday, 8:30 am \- 5:30 pm (48 hours per week) (Mandatory)** \-Full payroll registration with all statutory benefits (bonuses, CTS, vacations, etc.). \-Workplace: Administrative Office \- San Miguel District, near Plaza San Miguel Shopping Mall.
