Responsibilities * Execute recruitment and selection processes for operational and technical positions. * Post job openings on job boards and various recruitment sources. * Conduct candidate hunting and proactive candidate sourcing. * Screen CVs and conduct telephone and competency-based interviews. * Coordinate interviews with department leaders and track the selection process. * Manage and update information in the ATS and candidate databases. * Prepare progress reports on selection processes. * Coordinate assessments, medical examinations, and onboarding documentation. * Meet established time-to-fill targets. Requirements * Technical or university graduate in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields. * Minimum of **1 year** of experience conducting mass recruitment and selection processes for operational staff. * Experience recruiting operational personnel in **telecommunications, mining, or related industries**. * Experience using job boards (Computrabajo, Bumeran, Indeed, LinkedIn, or others). * Experience conducting candidate hunting or proactive candidate sourcing. * Proficiency in ATS or candidate tracking platforms. * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency.
