An engineering company seeks a **RECRUITMENT ASSISTANT, ORGANIZATIONAL CLIMATE AND CULTURE\- HR** in Surco.
**Requirements:**
* Female university graduate or bachelor's degree in Psychology
* Minimum 1–2 years of experience in mass recruitment in the industrial sector (engineers, technicians, metrologists, marketing professionals, occupational safety specialists, etc.)
* Experience in organizational climate and culture (events, internal celebrations, values, ethics, mission, vision, MOF, and organizational chart)
* Intermediate Office software skills
* Strong communication, planning, charisma, and interpersonal skills
* Conduct visits to institutes for corporate partnerships and job fairs
* Must have personal mobile phone for recruitment purposes
* Availability to work in Surco and San Luis (on alternating basis)
* Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM; Saturdays, 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM
**Responsibilities:**
* Coordinate with the Administration Department head regarding staffing needs to schedule job postings across various channels
* Coordinate with HR on personnel onboarding, document verification, and review of forms provided by the company
* Execute job postings across multiple recruitment sources
* Identify additional recruitment sources and conduct field visits (e.g., institutes for corporate partnerships)
* Screen applicants from various job boards and recruitment sources
* Schedule and conduct virtual and/or in-person interviews
* Administer and evaluate psychological assessments as required per position
* Notify selected candidates of their start date and follow up until their official onboarding
* Organize internal corporate activities and celebrations, leadership workshops, organizational mental health sessions, communication training, and other initiatives related to workplace climate
* Support performance evaluations and organizational culture improvement initiatives, plus other tasks assigned by immediate supervisor
