We are the official mobility provider for Jorge Chávez International Airport and for Lima’s most important shopping malls and corporations. **What do we require?** * Psychology graduate or bachelor's degree holder. * Orientation or specialization in Organizational Psychology. * Prior experience or additional training in Recruitment and Selection is desirable. * Knowledge of competency-based interviews. * Basic to intermediate Excel proficiency. **We offer:** * Safe transportation with discounts on our taxi fleet. * Corporate discounts with partner brands. * A collaborative, horizontal, and close-knit culture where each person can propose and lead projects. * A space that values your well-being and professional growth. **Working Hours:** * Monday to Friday, from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm. * Hybrid work model, allowing you to combine office work with flexibility. * 3 days in the office / 2 remote. **Responsibilities:** * Support recruitment and selection processes for operational and administrative positions. * Post job openings and source candidates through various recruitment channels. * Conduct resume screening and initial candidate outreach. * Coordinate interviews and assessments with candidates and leaders across departments. * Track candidates throughout the various stages of the selection process. * Support competency-based interviews for drivers, identifying skills and behaviors aligned with the position profile. **Good luck!** Salary: S/.1,500\.00 per month Application question(s): * Indicate your district of residence Work location: On-site employment
