We are currently seeking top talent: **RF Analyst – Telecommunications** If you are passionate about project management, technological innovation, and teamwork, this opportunity is for you. ✅ **Main Responsibilities:** * Prepare survey reports and radio designs based on customer specifications and technical site visit photographs. * Perform tasks related to telecommunications infrastructure, including towers, masts, and structures. * Interpret radio and infrastructure drawings. * Conduct inventories, audits, and technical surveys. * Execute BTS equipment installation, maintenance, and integration. * Perform equipment swaps, RRU replacements, and troubleshooting. * Participate in radiating system and microwave link installation and maintenance. * Carry out fieldwork associated with base stations and mobile networks. ***Requirements:*** * **Technical degree or graduate in Telecommunications.** * Minimum **2 years of experience** in BTS installation, corrective maintenance, base station integration, and mobile networks. * Knowledge of: BTS and NodeB/eNodeB/gNodeB, radiating systems, antennas and feeders, RET (Remote Electrical Tilt). * Familiarity with equipment swaps, troubleshooting, RRU replacement, and microwave link installation. * Proficiency in instrumentation (Site Master, spectrum analyzer, power meter, OTDR, fiber fusion splicer). * Networking knowledge (basic IP configuration, remote access, Ethernet, basic VLANs).
