We are a Peruvian call center serving the Spanish energy market (electricity and natural gas), and we are hiring **20 new sales advisors** for our team. If you have a sales mindset and want to earn **without limits**, this role is for you. **No experience required: we train you.** **What you’ll earn:** * Base salary of **S/1,300** * **Uncapped commissions** – starting from your 7th sale, you earn commission on all prior sales. Up to **S/55 per sale** * Estimated actual income: **up to S/2,500 or more**, depending on your performance * **Bi-weekly**, timely payments **Schedule that leaves your afternoons free:** * Monday to Friday, **7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.** (weekends off!) * Fixed, **non-rotating** schedule **Your responsibilities:** * Call customers in Spain to offer electricity and natural gas services * Manage portability sales * Achieve your bi-weekly and monthly sales targets **Plus, you’ll enjoy:** * A highly positive work environment * **Paid** training from day one * Weekly sports activities and tournaments, seminars, and additional bonuses * Internal career growth path **Requirements:** * Completed secondary education * Sales-oriented attitude and eagerness to learn * Basic computer skills * Valid DNI and immediate availability * Age 18–35 Salary: S/.1,300\.00 \- S/.1,500\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
