Job Summary: We are seeking Digital Sales Advisors to provide customer service and personalized optical lens consultation via WhatsApp and phone calls, with no cold calling. Key Highlights: 1. Polite and organized communication with customers We seek Digital Sales Advisors to assist customers who contact us directly via WhatsApp and phone calls. We are an online optical store with several years of market experience. This position is fully remote after a paid one-week in-person training. This role is NOT a call center position and does NOT involve cold calling. All customers have already expressed interest in our products and proactively request consultation. Main Responsibilities **Respond to customer inquiries via WhatsApp and phone calls** **Provide personalized optical lens consultation** **Register orders and track them until sale closure** **Follow established service processes and protocols** **Maintain clear, polite, and organized communication with customers** Requirements **Women aged 30 or older** **Personal PC or laptop** **Stable home internet connection** **Strong verbal and written communication skills** **Responsibility, organization, and commitment** **Availability for a one-week in-person training in Urb.
