We are looking for a **Sales and Marketing Assistant** to help us attract audiences, convert followers into customers, and close sales—focusing specifically on selling our products via TikTok. Prior experience is not required: we seek individuals eager to learn about TikTok and sales—we provide full training. **Job Responsibilities:** Content creation: video recording, editing, and publishing. Hosting live streams (lives) to engage with the audience. Selling products via TikTok: managing and closing sales directly during lives and through the platform (TikTok Shop, messages, comments). Managing overall sales closures. Supporting content strategy and planning. Placing orders on the website. Working closely with your immediate supervisor and following their instructions. These responsibilities are performed collaboratively, in close coordination with your immediate supervisor—not independently. **Location:** A few blocks from the María Auxiliadora train station. **Working Hours:** Monday to Saturday, 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. **Salary:** S/ 1300.00 plus sales commission. **About Us:** Vittoria Moretti is a Peruvian brand of timeless accessories crafted from genuine leather, designed for women who value quality, elegance, and durability.
