Job Summary: We are seeking a trainer with experience in mobile number portability products for the Spanish market, specifically Yoigo and Vodafone, and expertise in commercial talking points for billing upgrades. Key Highlights: 1. Train and coach new advisors on mobile number portability campaigns. 2. Develop billing-upgrade talking points and objection-handling techniques. 3. Accompany and evaluate advisor performance during their training period. **MANDATORY REQUIREMENT — PROVEN EXPERIENCE AND EXPERTISE REQUIRED** The candidate must have **prior and verifiable expertise** in the following areas: * **Mobile number portability products for the Spanish market**, specifically **Yoigo and/or Vodafone**. * **Commercial talking points for "billing upgrade"**, including corresponding argumentation handling. **WORK SCHEDULE:** * MONDAY TO FRIDAY, 7 AM TO 3 PM **Main Responsibilities** * **Train cohorts of new advisors joining the campaign** * Train on billing-upgrade talking points and objection-handling techniques specific to Spanish customers. * **Accompany advisors on the floor during their learning curve (on-the-job training).** * Evaluate trainees' performance and report progress to the supervisor. **Desirable Qualifications:** * **Specific experience with Yoigo or Vodafone.** * Experience tracking conversion and quality metrics in outbound campaigns.
