Position Summary: We are seeking a Sales Executive for a medical training academy, responsible for contacting prospective candidates, delivering presentations, and managing the end-to-end sales process. Key Highlights: 1. Sales experience and proficiency in email marketing and CRM tools. 2. Communication, negotiation, charisma, and empathy skills. 3. Willingness to learn for presentations and demonstrations. Specialized academy in the field of medical education, currently seeking a female Sales Executive. Requirements: \* Proactive learning attitude and strong communication and negotiation skills \* Minimum 1 year of relevant experience. \* Experience as a brand promoter or sales booster is desirable. \* Proficiency in CRM usage and management \* Proficiency in email marketing tools \* Intermediate Excel skills \* Highly charismatic and empathetic \* Preferred: completion of etiquette or modeling courses Responsibilities: \* Contact individuals interested in medical residency preparation courses and other related programs. \* Deliver course presentations and demonstrations (both in-person and virtual — training will be provided for this activity). \* Manage the full sales cycle, from initial contact through to closing. \* Achieve monthly sales targets. \* Maintain up-to-date customer database. \* Participate in educational fairs and events. Conditions: Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM; and two Saturdays per month, 8:30 AM to 1:00 PM.
