On behalf of our client — a leading automotive company specializing in vehicle parts and maintenance services — we are looking for a Sales Supervisor. **PROFILE** * Degree in Sales, Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields. * Experience leading sales teams and monitoring sales representatives' performance. * Proficiency in CRM systems and digital tools for commercial management. * Experience tracking leads, quotations, and business opportunities. * Knowledge of sales strategies, prospecting, and customer conversion. * Proactive, results-driven profile accustomed to achieving targets in dynamic environments. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES** * Lead and monitor the sales team. * Manage and optimize CRM usage. * Supervise quotation preparation and follow-up. * Track customers and business opportunities. * Drive strategies to maximize sales conversion. * Monitor KPIs and achievement of sales targets. On-site work schedule: * Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. * Saturdays, 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. **CONDITIONS** * Base salary aligned with market standards. * Commissions based on total sales. * Tiered bonus for achieving commercial objectives. * Formal employment under MYPE payroll from day one.
