Senior Accounting Analyst – Cost Accounting At **Bambú Group**, we are looking for a **Senior Accounting Analyst** to join our team, with solid experience in **Accounting and Cost Accounting**, ability to lead teams, and a strong focus on achieving goals and results. You will be responsible for participating in accounting and cost management and analysis, monitoring area processes, coordinating with various departments across the organization, and contributing to the generation of reliable information for decision-making. **Key Responsibilities:** * Supervise and monitor accounting and cost processes, ensuring quality, timeliness, and achievement of objectives. * Analyze costs, expenses, and variances, identifying opportunities for improvement and optimization. * Coordinate and lead the team, assigning priorities and tracking activity execution and results. * Participate in accounting closings, reconciliations, account analyses, and preparation of management reports. * Coordinate with Operations, Finance, and other involved departments to ensure accurate accounting and cost information. * Develop KPIs and reports for performance monitoring and decision-making. * Propose process, control, and methodology improvements aimed at efficiency and cost optimization. **We seek a professional with:** a minimum of **4 years of experience in Accounting**, including at least **2 years focused on Cost Accounting**, knowledge of **IFRS** (**mandatory**), and demonstrated capabilities in leadership, analysis, coordination, organization, and **strong orientation toward achieving goals and results**.
