Our **PARTS \& AFTERSALES** team is seeking a **Parts \& Aftersales Development Manager** to join Inchcape **Peru**. The purpose of this role is to lead the strategy, performance, and transformation of the Parts, Gas \& Aftersales ecosystem, ensuring sustainable and profitable business growth. This role is responsible for maximizing customer value, strengthening the aftersales capabilities of the dealer network, and ensuring efficient nationwide supply of spare parts and accessories.
Additionally, it drives the development of new verticals and revenue streams, and ensures correct execution of the business model and S\&OP process, aligned with Inchcape Worldwide guidelines, to position the group as the leader in Peru’s automotive aftersales market.
**What You’ll Do**
* Define the country-level strategy for Parts, Gas \& Aftersales, aligning it with the Group’s strategic and growth plan under the mandate to enhance the maturity of the integrated OEM \+ Aftermarket \+ Aftersales \+ GAS importer model.
* Be accountable for the P\&L of the Parts, accessories, aftermarket, Gas \& Aftersales verticals across all mainstream brands.
* Be responsible for consolidating the Parts \& AFS model by integrating commercial, operational, financial, and supply flows, designing necessary strategies for each of these areas.
* Ensure the required strategies to guarantee availability, supply, and inventory efficiency for the 10 automotive brands under management and the 5 aftermarket businesses (Gas, batteries, lubricants, accessories, and alternative parts).
* Develop and scale the Gas \& Conversions business as a strategic vertical.
* Develop and implement strategies to strengthen the productivity, retention, and profitability of the Group’s dealer network, targeting 2030.
* Design and implement new AFS businesses, partnerships, products (services), commercial models, and operational improvements benefiting both the network and the business, based on the principle of profitable and self-sustaining operations.
* Build the strategy to ensure revenue growth for the GAS business (GLP/GNV, hybrids).
* Ensure implementation of new GAS projects to expand revenue streams within the GAS domain (FISE).
* Ensure the annual procurement plan for OEM spare parts, accessories, aftermarket items, and GAS, guided by the principles of maintaining optimal stock levels (MOS) and working capital efficiency.
* Professional development of the national workshop network, pursuing operational excellence through implementation of national programs focused on productivity, retention, and increasing aftersales absorption within the dealer network’s (PDG) and company’s business.
**About You**
To succeed in this role, you will have:
* MBA or postgraduate studies in Management or Business.
* Over 3 years’ experience in your current role.
* Over 7 years’ experience in automotive aftersales (OEM \+ AM \+ GAS).
* Over 5 years’ experience managing analytical and financial P\&L.
* Comprehensive expertise in supply chain, IBP, and forecasting.
* Stakeholder management experience (OEMs, suppliers, dealers, regulators, etc.).
* Advanced spoken English proficiency (MANDATORY).
