Position Summary: We are seeking a Civil Engineer with experience in the hydrocarbons sector to supervise civil works, ensure compliance with policies, and coordinate task execution. Emphasis on safety, optimization, and compliance with standards **Professional Qualifications** * Certified Civil Engineer **Experience** * 05 years of experience in similar positions at hydrocarbon or gas plants. (Verified) * 05 years of experience in supervision of civil works. (Verified) **Responsibilities** * Comply with and enforce policies adopted by Pluspetrol, voluntarily contributing improvement proposals within the scope of assigned duties. * Ensure application of procedures and standards defined by Pluspetrol (Task Stoppage, LOTO, and others). * Continuously coordinate, administer, and control execution of assigned tasks to ensure they are performed safely, optimally, efficiently, and within the scheduled timeframe. * Comply with technical specifications, engineering standards, and established procedures. * Prepare quantity take-offs, execution control, quality control, and progress monitoring for assigned tasks. * Supervise personnel under direct responsibility, developing and implementing company rules and policies, while also focusing on training and comprehensive safety. * Actively participate in execution and control of planned tasks, identifying deviations and reporting them promptly. **Technical Knowledge** * National legislation applicable to the hydrocarbons sector (Supreme Decree No. 043-2007, Supreme Decree No. 015-2006-EM), among others. * Concrete structure repair * Solid knowledge of accident and incident investigation and analysis techniques using DNV methodology, including Root Cause Analysis. * Knowledge of industrial hygiene and occupational health * Project planning using MS Project * Reading of civil drawings **Working Hours** * Monday to Thursday until 6:30 p.m., Friday until 4:00 p.m. **Location** * Pluspetrol Plant (Pisco) **Salary** * Salary paid via payroll with all statutory benefits Employment Type: Full-time Workplace: On-site employment
