Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced textile garment supervisor to oversee cutting, quality control, production, inventory, and machinery operations. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive supervision of textile garment manufacturing 2. Quality and production efficiency management 3. Inventory management and machinery reporting Compañia e Inversiones Forli SAC is looking for an experienced textile garment supervisor with a minimum of 2 years of proven experience to perform the following duties: * Cutting area control (fabric usage, efficiency, waste, pattern handling). * Inspection of sewn furniture covers (quality control). * Production monitoring of sewing operators. * Kardex and inventory control. * Reporting on sewing machine operational status (knowledge of sewing machine maintenance is desirable). * Drafting patterns using AUTOCAD. * Preparing production efficiency and machine operation reports.
