Opportunities for professional growth and development. **Talent Acquisition Analyst | Recruitment and Selection** *Are you passionate about finding talent and building high-performing teams?* We are looking for a **Talent Acquisition Analyst** to lead our end-to-end recruitment and selection process. You will be responsible for attracting, identifying, and selecting the best candidates for our commercial team, ensuring hiring goals are met through effective recruitment strategies. **Key Responsibilities** Candidate Attraction * Design and post job advertisements on platforms such as Indeed, Computrabajo, Bumeran, and other recruitment channels. * Manage talent attraction campaigns across various digital media. * Analyze and propose new strategies to increase candidate volume and quality using digital tools and diverse sourcing channels. Candidate Management * Respond promptly to applicant inquiries. * Conduct initial phone screenings with candidates. * Schedule interviews and provide continuous follow-up throughout the selection process. Recruitment and Selection * Conduct interviews and assess candidate profiles. * Select candidates who meet the required profile. * Coordinate onboarding of new hires. Tracking and Metrics * Maintain an up-to-date candidate database. * Prepare recruitment reports and metrics. * Achieve vacancy coverage targets within established timeframes. **Ideal Candidate Profile — Must-Have Qualifications** * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Strong organizational and planning abilities. * Ability to manage multiple processes simultaneously. * Results-oriented mindset with a focus on goal achievement. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace. Desirable Qualifications * Experience in recruitment and selection. * Experience recruiting commercial or sales profiles. * Familiarity with platforms such as Indeed, Computrabajo, or Bumeran. * Experience running talent attraction campaigns via Meta Ads or other digital tools. **Success Metrics** Performance in this role will be measured primarily by: * Achievement of hiring targets. * Time-to-fill for vacancies. * Quality of hired candidates.
