Opportunity for professional development and a positive work environment At ENEBRO INGENIERÍA, we are looking for a **Field Operations Supervisor** with experience in **structured cabling**, to lead the execution of an annual contract across multiple client sites. You will be responsible for coordinating the technical team, supervising installations, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, and reporting daily progress. **Requirements:** * Technician in Structured Cabling, Electricity, or related fields. * Valid A1 driver's license. * **Minimum 2–3 years of experience** in supervision of installations or crew leadership. * Familiarity with tools and equipment such as **cable testers, hand tools, ladders**. * Ability to coordinate tasks, resolve unforeseen issues, and work on-site. * Experience completing **safety checklists (tools, ladders, PPE)**. * Daily progress reporting and control of materials used. * Willingness to travel daily between sites (transportation covered by the company). **Responsibilities** * Plan and coordinate the technical team’s daily activities. * Supervise installation of network points and raceways according to drawings. * Verify proper use of tools, testers, and materials. * Complete required **safety records** prior to each intervention (tool checklist, PPE, ladder, etc.). * Report daily progress, difficulties, and materials used at end-of-day. * Coordinate transportation and maintenance of assigned tools. * Ensure compliance with safety and housekeeping protocols at each site. * Report any field incidents or deviations to the project coordination team. **We Offer** * Fixed salary: **S/ 2,500 per month** * **Transportation coverage** (company covers travel between sites) * Job stability under an annual project contract * Bonus for achievement of targets * Internal technical training * Positive work environment and opportunity for professional development **Working Hours:** Monday to Saturday, 9 AM to 6 PM Employment Type: Permanent Salary: S/.2,500\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
