The Young Men's Christian Association of Peru (YMCA Peru) is seeking top talent to fill the position of: TELEMARKETING ADVISOR **RESPONSIBILITIES:** Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets. Serve and advise clients both in person and virtually. Resolve inquiries and provide post-sales support. **Manage the entire sales process:** from service presentation to closing. Organize documentation and sales records. Acquire new clients through phone calls, networking, and participation in events.
