In 2026, we are seeking talent for our Trainee Program, designed for individuals who wish to develop their skills within a leading global company. Participate in a dual training program that combines theory and practice, specializing in key processes of international trade, and take the next step in your exciting career in logistics.* *Requirements:* * *Graduate in International Business Administration, International Trade, or related fields.* * *Advanced English: Spoken and written.* * *Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and dashboards (intermediate level).* *Responsibilities:* * Review and comply with DSV.MA.306 \- Air Import Operations Manual. * Monitor flight arrivals at each warehouse. * Update (if ETA changes) the actual date from the consolidator based on airline information. * Send arrival notifications along with corresponding documents (verify if customer has credit). * Upload waybills, inventory reports, photos, and other documents to edocs in Cargowise. * Update the following Milestones: Milestone 600: Update from Consolidator before sending arrival notification. Milestone 610: Update once arrival notification is sent to customer via Cargowise. Milestone 650: Update from Shipment after sending arrival notification. * Prepare and send pre-claim letters to airlines (upon identifying damaged cargo) and upload related information to Cargowise. * Grant electronic endorsement release of cargo via each warehouse’s portal—only if customer has credit and/or has made the corresponding payment prior to cargo arrival. * Identify opportunities for improvement and propose agreements and procedures to enhance operational activities. * Record cargo arriving in damaged and/or partial condition in Cargowise under Additional Details/QA1\.1. * Comply with DSV’s Code of Conduct. * Complete assigned e-Learning courses. * Perform all tasks assigned by your immediate supervisor related to your learning and development of job-specific functions. *Benefits:* * Exclusive Benefits Plan: Fruit Fridays, celebrations, and more! * 100% FOLA insurance. * Opportunities for growth across DSV offices worldwide. *Working Hours:* * Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm. * 100% on-site work. *"Our company rejects all forms of discrimination and recognizes equal treatment and equal opportunity in employment." *DSV does not hire minors (\<18\)*
