Job Summary: We are seeking a Warehouse and Inventory Assistant to handle the receiving, registration, control, and preparation of products in the bakery and pastry sector. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages receiving, registration, and inventory control. 2. Ensures proper product rotation (FIFO/FEFO). 3. Maintains order and cleanliness while complying with food safety standards. We are SFC Turrones Calderón, a Peruvian company with over 30 years of experience dedicated to the **production, marketing, and distribution of bakery and pastry products.** We are currently looking for a Warehouse and Inventory Assistant. **Requirements** * Completed secondary education (mandatory). * Technical studies in Logistics, Warehouse Management, or Food Industry preferred. * Minimum 6 months of warehouse experience, preferably in food or retail companies. * Knowledge of storage and inventory control. * Training in Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and food hygiene standards is desirable. * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency. * Availability to work Monday through Saturday, from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. **Responsibilities** * Receive and inspect raw materials, supplies, packaging, and containers. * Record goods receipts and dispatches. * Monitor stock levels and ensure correct product rotation (FIFO/FEFO). * Prepare orders and support management of the finished goods warehouse. * Timely supply of production area requirements. * Maintain warehouse order and cleanliness in compliance with food safety standards. * Support inventory counts and internal controls. Working Conditions * Schedule: Monday through Saturday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. * Work mode: On-site. * Salary: S/ 1,400 to S/ 2,000 (based on experience and evaluation). * Formal employment under the MYPE regime.
