Job Summary: We are seeking a Warehouse Assistant to perform warehousing, picking, packing, loading, counting, and verification of goods. Key Highlights: 1. On behalf of our client, we are searching for the best talent for the position of: **Warehouse Assistant Responsibilities:** * Perform warehousing, picking, packing, and loading of goods. * Conduct counting and verification of goods. * Review the purchase order linked to the delivery note and/or invoice of the incoming order (quantity and price). * Conduct inventory counts of stock. * Provide support in goods dispatch. * Report incidents during receiving, warehousing, picking, and packing. **Requirements:** * Completed secondary education (minimum). * Incomplete technical education (preferred). * Minimum 6 months of experience in logistics support roles (preferred). * Knowledge of warehouse best practices (organization, safety, and product rotation). * Understanding of delivery notes, labels, and simple inventory records. * Ability to handle products and follow safety regulations (use of PPE). **Benefits and Conditions:** * Market-competitive salary * General payroll regime * Mobility bonus * Bonuses (July and December) * CTS (Compensación por Tiempo de Servicios) * Paid vacation * EsSalud health insurance * Family allowance (if applicable) * Profit-sharing (based on company performance) **Working Hours:** * Monday to Friday: **8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.** * Saturdays: **8:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.** Employment Type: Full-time Application Question(s): * Would you agree with a salary of S/. 1200 \+ mobility allowance S/. 100 \+ full payroll \+ profit-sharing?
