Requirements: * Minimum 5 months of experience as a **WELDING ASSISTANT**. * Knowledge of electric welding (SMAW), MIG, and/or basic metalworking tasks. * Basic blueprint reading (OPTIONAL). * Responsible, proactive, and with a good attitude for teamwork. * Must reside in Northern Lima. Responsibilities: * Perform welding tasks according to technical specifications. * Prepare materials and tools prior to the welding process. * Inspect the quality and finish of welded parts. * Comply with industrial safety standards. * Assist in cutting, assembly, and assembly of metal structures. * Other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor.
