Job Summary: Minscon Group is seeking an experienced welding technician for equipment maintenance to perform inspections, coordinate materials, and execute maintenance programs. Key Responsibilities: 1. Perform daily inspections of equipment and wear components. 2. Coordinate material requirements and service orders. 3. Execute periodic maintenance programs and equipment repairs. **Minscon Group**, a logistics company providing comprehensive optimization solutions for mineral concentrate We are currently seeking a welding technician to work in Lurin. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Completed secondary education and/or technical degree * Welding course certification * Basic welding concepts and operation of welding equipment for various welding processes * Minimum 2 years of experience * Experience in equipment maintenance **WORK SCHEDULE:** * Monday to Saturday: Monday–Friday **7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.**, Saturday **7:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.** * Availability to work overtime on Sundays and holidays **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Conduct daily equipment inspections. Verify the condition of welding equipment, filler materials, and other equipment and supplies. * Complete the backlog, highlighting the most critical observations regarding equipment. * Coordinate with the responsible department to request necessary materials and service orders to address identified issues. * Inspect equipment wear components. * Participate in the daily work coordination meeting, where daily tasks are assigned, observations are reported, and unplanned requirements are requested. * Collect materials specified in work orders (OTs), perform workshop and field work on scheduled and supervisor-assigned OTs under the \- Equipment Maintenance Supervisor. * Execute and monitor periodic maintenance programs (replacement of wear components) and equipment repairs (structural), both scheduled and unscheduled. **EMPLOYMENT BENEFITS:** * 100% meal allowance * Commuting assistance * Weekly and biweekly payments Employment type: Full-time, Temporary Salary: S/.2,500\.00 per hour Application questions: * What is your mobile/WhatsApp number for contact? * Do you currently hold any American Welding Society (AWS) certification?
