Support in essential workshop functions We are looking for proactive candidates (male or female) with strong willingness to learn to join our production team as a **Workshop Assistant** for a 2-month campaign. No prior experience in this field is required. **Main Responsibilities:** * Assisting with loading and unloading aluminum materials. * Cleaning and preparing supplies and tools before the assembly process. * Providing direct assistance to the master craftsman. * Maintaining general order and cleanliness in the workshop area. **Requirements:** * **Education:** Completed secondary education. * **Experience:** Not mandatory. * **Skills:** Ability to perform continuous physical effort, dynamism, and high responsibility. * **Availability:** Working hours from Monday to Saturday, 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM. * **Location:** Preferably residing in San Juan de Lurigancho (Pirámide Station). **Benefits:** * Base salary of S/ 350\.00 to S/ 400\.00 per week. * Lunch provided by the company. * Ongoing training in the glazier trade. * The first two weeks constitute a probationary period and are fully paid.
