Job Summary: We are seeking a Yard Operator to perform loading, unloading, sorting and labeling of products at a brewery plant, supporting operational activities. Key Highlights: 1. Support in operational activities of the area **YARD OPERATOR – ATE BREWERY PLANT** Lavoro Perú is hiring! On behalf of our major client in the brewing industry, we are looking for Yard Operators to work at an industrial plant located in Ate. **Requirements**: * Completed secondary education. * Minimum 3–6 months’ experience in industrial cleaning, production or maintenance within plants or warehouses. * Availability to perform operational tasks and physical labor. **Responsibilities**: * Loading and unloading of products. * Assembling pallets. * Sorting bottles. * Product labeling. * Support in operational activities of the area. **Work Schedules**: Rotating weekly shifts: * 7:00 a.m. – 3:45 p.m. * 2:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m. * 10:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m. Work modality: 6 working days with 1 day off (6x1\). **Compensation**: * Base salary: S/ 1130 * Perfect attendance bonus: S/ 100 * Mobility bonus: S/ 100 * 100% meal coverage * Welcome bonus: S/ 50 * Retention bonus: S/ 100 **Benefits**: * Formal payroll enrollment from day one. * Statutory benefits: CTS, bonuses, vacations, family allowance, among others. * Profit-sharing is not included. **Work Location**: * Brewery plant located in Ate, near La Volvo bus stop Apply now and join a leading company in the industrial sector!
