Continuous learning in digital strategies and branding **Job Objective** Provide operational and strategic support to the marketing department, ensuring proper campaign execution, coordination with the creative team, and direct support in content production for the company’s brands. **Main Responsibilities** **General Marketing Support** * Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns. * Organize schedules and track departmental activities. * Coordinate internally with designers and production teams. **Content Production** * Provide direct assistance in content production alongside the team. * Coordinate logistics for recordings (locations, timing, materials). * Support on set during photo and video sessions. * Conduct basic supervision of script or content guideline compliance. * Record and organize generated materials and files. **Digital Management** * Assist in scheduling social media content. * Conduct basic performance monitoring (reach, engagement, posts). * Update content calendars. **Departmental Administrative Tasks** * Organize documents, briefs, and deliverables. * Track pending items from the creative team. * Assist in basic marketing reporting. **Required Profile** * Degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or related fields. * Interest in content creation and audiovisual production. * Ability to organize tasks and work collaboratively. * Proactivity and problem-solving skills. * Preferred: Minimum 6 months’ experience in social media or content production. **Conditions and Benefits** * Growth opportunity within the marketing area. * Active participation in creative projects and content production. * Continuous learning in digital strategies and branding. **Key Role Observation** This position has a strong operational focus on content production; therefore, active field participation and constant coordination with the creative team are expected. **Working Hours:** Monday to Saturday, 8:30 am to 5:30 pm Salary: S/.1,200\.00 \- S/.1,500\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
