A leading agrochemical company with a presence across Latin America is seeking a Marketing Assistant to strengthen its team at Point Andina – Peru. **Specific Responsibilities:** * Design digital and printed graphic materials. * Keep our digital channels up to date. * Develop new product labels. * Manage communication and user engagement in groups, communities, forums, etc. (Online) * Monitor online conversations and actively participate in them. * Create written content suitable for digital channels. * Design advertising materials (banners, brochures, product catalogs, technical datasheets, etc.) * Coordinate printing of materials. * Monitor and control material inventory. * Design social media posts. * Write content for social media posts and scheduling. * Manage audiovisual material (conceptualization and pre- and post-production). * Execute the digital marketing plan. * Update the website: prices, banners, photos, upload technical documents. * Update pages with promotions, new photos, blogs, new content, and prices. * Identify new suppliers. * Request quotations. * Other duties inherent to the position. **Requirements:** 1. University degree/Bachelor’s degree in Communications and Advertising or related fields. 2. Minimum two (2) years of experience in similar positions. 3. Knowledge of AI for content generation. 4. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere, After Effects), social media platforms (Meta, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn), YouTube Ads, WordPress (preferred), Google tools (Analytics, Business), WIX, MailChimp. 5. Office software (Excel/Word/PowerPoint) 6.
