**AUDIOVISUAL PRODUCER** A rapidly growing restaurant chain is seeking an Audiovisual Producer to join its Marketing and Communications team. We are looking for a creative, organized, and passionate candidate dedicated to producing visual content that reflects the brand's essence and energy. **Position Objective** To be responsible for the conceptualization, production, recording, and post-production of all brand audiovisual materials. The goal is to create high-quality content that strengthens the company's marketing and communication strategies, enhancing digital platform engagement and brand positioning. **Main Responsibilities** **Pre-production:** * Plan and develop creative concepts and scripts for videos (campaigns, social media, internal materials, etc.). **Production:** * Operate and manage professional recording equipment (cameras, gimbals, microphones, lighting) during shoots. **Post-production:** * Edit and assemble recorded footage, including color correction, sound design, music integration, and addition of graphics or text. **Equipment Management:** * Properly maintain and organize audiovisual and recording equipment. **Requirements** * **Education:** Graduate or bachelor’s degree in **Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or related fields**. * **Demonstrable experience** operating **DSLR or Mirrorless cameras**, recording equipment (stabilizers, gimbals, drones, audio). * **Proficiency in editing and post-production software** (Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar). * **Portfolio** of completed audiovisual projects (mandatory requirement). **Key Competencies** * High creativity and aesthetic sense. * Proactivity and autonomy. * Strong organizational and time management skills. * Collaborative work with a results-oriented focus. **Desirable** * Basic knowledge of digital advertising platforms (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads). * Familiarity with graphic design or animation tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects). **Working Conditions** * **Location:** Arequipa. * **Department:** Marketing and Communications. * **Work Mode:** On-site. * **Salary:** Between S/.1,200.00 \- S/.1,300.00 * **Benefits:** 100% health insurance coverage and meals provided. **How to Apply** Send your **updated CV and audiovisual portfolio** to: **recursos.vikingos@gmail.com** Or contact us via WhatsApp at **913\-014\-454 / 905\-466\-405** Job type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,200.00 \- S/.1,300.00 per month Application questions: * Do you have availability to travel? * Please state your salary expectations.
