Job Summary: We are seeking a creative and proactive Audiovisual Production Assistant to script, film, and edit social media content, strengthening the brand's digital presence. Key Highlights: 1. Opportunity for growth and participation in creative campaigns We are looking for a creative and proactive Audiovisual Production Assistant responsible for scripting, filming, and editing social media content, contributing to strengthening the brand's digital presence with attractive, dynamic, and trend-aligned content. **Main Responsibilities:** * Write scripts for reels, carousels, and digital content * Film and edit social media videos (stories, reels, posts) * Capture content such as product launches, interviews, and testimonials * Ensure image and sound quality in every production * Perform basic photo editing * Organize and manage the audiovisual content library * Support marketing team campaigns * Create promotional, educational, and commercial content * Other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor **Requirements:** * Experience: Minimum 1 year in social media video production and editing * Education: Graduate or Bachelor's degree in Audiovisual Communication, Marketing, or Social Communication. **Technical Knowledge:** * Scriptwriting for social media. * Camera operation (professional or smartphone) * Video editing: Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut. * Photography and microphone handling * Content production for events and social media **Working Conditions:** * Schedule: Monday to Friday 8:30 am \- 6:00 pm / Saturdays 8:30 am \- 2:00 pm * Location: San Miguel (in-person) * Salary: 1400 soles * MYPE payroll * Opportunity for growth and participation in creative campaigns.
