The ability to propose innovative ideas and perform basic metric analysis will be valued. **Responsibilities** * Actively manage social media profiles (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook). * Develop and implement content strategies for multiple brands. * Identify emerging trends and propose creative ideas. * Coordinate with the creative team for content production. * Provide support in audiovisual productions when necessary. * Perform basic metric analysis to evaluate performance. **Requirements** * Degree in Communications, Marketing, or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of proven experience as a Community Manager. * Proficiency in platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook. * Knowledge of current social media trends. * Analytical ability, creativity, and excellent teamwork skills. * Immediate availability. **Conditions** * Hybrid work modality (combination of virtual and in-person activities). * Working hours: Monday to Saturday, from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Employment type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,500.00 – S/.2,500.00 per month Experience: * Digital industry: 1 year (Mandatory) Work location: Hybrid in Santiago de Surco, Lima
