The candidate will be responsible for strengthening the brand's digital presence, developing engagement and positioning strategies, and coordinating audiovisual production stages for our campaigns and multimedia projects. Main Responsibilities * Create, plan, and schedule content for social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn). * Write copy and short scripts for posts, videos, and podcasts. * Manage the digital community: respond to messages, monitor comments, encourage interaction. * Analyze metrics and generate performance reports (reach, engagement, growth). * Coordinate recording sessions, photography, and interviews for the podcast and social media. * Assist with basic editing of photos, reels, or clips for social media. * Propose innovative campaigns or initiatives to strengthen brand positioning. * Collaborate with the marketing and communications team on branding strategies. * Keep institutional information updated across digital platforms. Requirements * Graduate or final-year student in Communication, Marketing, Advertising, or related fields. * Minimum of 6 months of experience in social media management or content production. * Basic knowledge of editing tools (Canva, CapCut, Premiere, Photoshop, or others). * Excellent spelling, writing skills, and creativity. * Proactive attitude, organizational skills, and ability to work in a team.
