Job Summary: We are seeking a charismatic content creator to scale the social media presence of a leading e-commerce platform specializing in gadgets and trending products. Key Highlights: 1. Ideate, record, and edit daily videos for social media. 2. Design the content grid and monthly content plan with the team. 3. Contribute creative ideas for multichannel campaigns and product launches. CONTENT CREATOR – TIKTOK & SOCIAL MEDIA Full-Time On-Site Position – San Miguel, Lima Who Are We? Tecnopromos is a leading e-commerce platform specializing in gadgets and trending products. We seek a charismatic content creator to scale our social media channels. Responsibilities - Ideate, record, and edit daily videos (TikTok, Reels, Stories), appearing on camera. - Design the content grid and monthly content plan with the marketing team. - Edit using CapCut, Premiere, or other apps to produce dynamic, subtitled videos. - Identify viral trends, sounds, and formats, and implement them rapidly. - Contribute creative ideas for multichannel campaigns and product launches (IG, FB, YouTube Shorts). Requirements - Female, aged 18–27. - Advanced proficiency in CapCut and/or Adobe Premiere. - Portfolio or TikTok account featuring at least one original video with >10,000 views. - Charismatic on-screen presence, clear diction, and confidence in front of the camera. - Up-to-date knowledge of social media trends and metrics. - Proactive, responsible, and enthusiastic about teamwork. - Preferred: Studies in Marketing, Advertising, or Communications.
