The ideal candidate not only masters static design tools but also brings ideas to life through motion and possesses the technical sensitivity required to capture high-quality visual content. **Requirements:** * **Experience:** Minimum **3 years** performing design functions. * **Adobe Suite (Expert Level):** Photoshop and Illustrator for advanced digital retouching, vector illustration, and editorial design. * **After Effects (Intermediate\-Advanced Level):** Ability to create motion graphics, dynamic transitions, and video post\-production. * **3D Editing and Modeling (Intermediate Level):** Proficiency in software such as Blender, Cinema 4D, or similar for asset creation, texturing, lighting, and rendering. * **Audiovisual Production:** Solid knowledge of **DSLR/Mirrorless camera operation**, basic lighting, and photographic/video composition. **Functions and Responsibilities** * **Visual Conceptualization:** Create visual identities and campaigns from concept to final artwork. * **Multimedia Content:** Develop animated pieces (Motion Graphics) for social media, web, and corporate presentations. * **Field Production:** Support photography and video shoots, ensuring technical quality of shots. * **Editing and Post\-production:** Ensure coherent visual storytelling in video pieces and high-end photographic retouching. * **Brand Management:** Ensure all deliverables comply with the brand’s aesthetic and communication guidelines. **Preferred Competencies (Plus)** * Proficiency in video editing tools (Adobe Premiere Pro). * Knowledge of user interface design (Adobe XD). * Self-management ability and capacity to meet deadlines under pressure.
