




An enterprise group requires a creative and technical **Audiovisual Editor** to enhance the quality of our video production, who can propose visual solutions and possesses a strong aesthetic sense. **Main Responsibilities** * **Editing (Offline/Online):** Assembling audiovisual material, selecting shots, structuring narrative flow and appropriate pacing for each format (YouTube, TV, Reels/TikTok, Corporate). * **Audio Post-Production:** Synchronization, basic sound mixing, noise reduction, and music selection (musicalization). * **Color Correction (Color Grading):** Adjusting lighting and color to ensure visual continuity and achieve either a cinematic or corporate style as required. * **Motion Graphics (Basic/Intermediate):** Creating titles, opening/closing sequences, animated subtitles, and dynamic transitions. * **File Management:** Organizing media (ingest), managing proxies, and performing backups. * **Exporting:** Rendering in appropriate formats and codecs according to the target platform. **Technical Requirements (Hard Skills)** * **Experience:** Minimum **[3–5]** years of demonstrable experience in similar roles. * **Essential Software:** * Expert proficiency in **Adobe Premiere Pro** and/or **DaVinci Resolve**. * Intermediate knowledge of **After Effects** (for compositing and motion graphics). * Proficiency in **Adobe Audition** (or equivalent audio tools). * *Plus:* Photoshop and Illustrator for preparing graphic assets. * ***AI-powered video editing applications.*** * **Theoretical Knowledge:** Color theory, image composition, audiovisual storytelling, and video formats (codecs, frame rates, resolutions 4K/HD). **Soft Skills** * **Sense of Rhythm:** Intuitive ability to determine when to cut and how to maintain viewer engagement. * **Attention to Detail:** Obsession with the perfect "frame" and millimeter-precise audio synchronization. * **Problem Solving:** Technical ability to resolve rendering errors, plugin issues, or corrupted formats. * **Receptiveness to Feedback:** Capacity to accept constructive criticism and perform multiple rounds of revisions with a positive attitude. **Portfolio** A current **Demo Reel** (Showreel) of no more than 2 minutes must be submitted. * Links to 2 or 3 completed projects, specifying your role in each.
