Currently, we are looking for Field Sales Promoters to join our organization. **\*PROFILE** **\-**Completed secondary education, technical diploma, or university degree. \-Minimum 6 months of experience in telecommunications or related companies. **\*MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** \-Identify, locate, and contact new prospects to generate sales opportunities. \-Explain the features, benefits, and advantages of our services to persuade customers to subscribe to internet or cable TV services. \-Ensure compliance with sales requirements, resolve customer inquiries, and close sales with mutually satisfactory agreements. \-Distribute flyers across various coverage zones using door-to-door delivery methods, high-population-density areas, etc. \-Achieve or exceed the sales targets set by the company. **\*SKILLS AND ATTITUDES:** \- Organization, efficiency, sociability, oral and written communication skills, persuasive ability. \- Team-oriented, empathetic, and solution-driven. \- Proactivity, commitment, responsibility, adaptability. **\*EMPLOYMENT BENEFITS** Formal employment registration with statutory benefits.
