Digital Marketing and Content Assistant **Don Juan Restaurant \| Chiclayo** **Position Type:** Full-time Job Description At **Don Juan Restaurant**, we are looking for a creative, dynamic, and passionate **Digital Marketing and Content Assistant** who is enthusiastic about creating social media content. We seek a candidate who can actively contribute to content generation across our various digital platforms—especially video production, gastronomic photography, and live streaming. The selected candidate will assume primarily operational and creative responsibilities, participating in the planning, production, and editing of content that showcases our dishes, promotions, facilities, and customer experiences. Key Responsibilities * Create audiovisual content for Don Juan’s social media channels. * Record and edit videos for **TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and other digital platforms**. * Participate in the planning and execution of **live streams and real-time broadcasts**. * Photograph our dishes, beverages, restaurant ambiance, and events. * Apply principles of **framing, composition, lighting, and gastronomic presentation** to produce visually appealing photographs and videos. * Edit photographs and videos for posts, reels, stories, and promotional content. * Propose creative ideas for new content and emerging social media trends. * Support other activities related to digital marketing and communications. Requirements * Technical or university degree in **Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Graphic Design, Audiovisual Production, or related fields**. * Minimum **6 months of experience in content creation, digital marketing, or social media management**. * Practical experience in video recording and editing. * Knowledge of photography and lighting techniques. * Understanding of photographic composition and framing. * Proficiency with video and photo editing tools. * Experience conducting or participating in **social media live streams** is desirable. * Basic knowledge of TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook trends and formats. * A **portfolio of completed work** is desirable. Preferred Qualifications * Experience creating content for restaurants or gastronomic brands. * Knowledge of gastronomic photography. * Proficiency with photographic equipment—including cameras, smartphones, tripods, lights, or stabilizers. * Experience producing reels and TikToks. * Experience as a content creator or community manager. * Basic graphic design knowledge. * Ability to appear on camera and support live broadcasts.
