Job Summary: We are seeking a creative and dynamic Audiovisual Marketing Assistant to create, produce, and edit audiovisual content aligned with the brand strategy. Key Responsibilities: 1. Creation, production, and editing of audiovisual content for the brand. 2. Participation in videos as the company's on-screen representative. 3. Ongoing training on new platforms and tools. At Científica Consultores, we are looking for a creative, dynamic, and proactive Audiovisual Marketing Assistant responsible for creating, producing, and editing audiovisual content aligned with the brand strategy. We seek a candidate with both technical and creative skills, and who is comfortable appearing on camera. **Main Responsibilities:** * Write scripts for audiovisual content recording. * Record videos using audiovisual equipment. * Professionally edit videos for various digital platforms (social media and company website). * Manage pre-production and post-production of audiovisual content. * Propose and implement audiovisual content strategies aimed at increasing community engagement and follower growth. * Ensure all content adheres to the brand’s identity, voice, and visual image. * Appear in videos as the company's on-screen representative when required. * Perform other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor. **Requirements:** * Degree in Audiovisual Communication, Marketing, Advertising, or related fields. * Proficiency in video editing tools (Adobe Premiere, After Effects, CapCut, or similar). * Knowledge of social media content creation. * Strong communication skills and comfort appearing on camera. * Creativity, proactivity, and ability to work collaboratively. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Prior experience in similar roles. * Familiarity with digital trends and content marketing. * Basic knowledge of photography and recording equipment. **We Offer:** * Fixed-term employment contract (on payroll) * Pleasant work environment * Ongoing training on new platforms and tools * A dynamic environment with opportunities to innovate and propose strategies Employment Type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,200.00 \- S/.1,500.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
