Visual content development and graphic design **Full Job Description** We are seeking a **Marketing Coordinator** with experience in clinics or the healthcare sector, specialized in visual content creation, graphic design, and video production, and capable of leading work teams and coordinating marketing strategies aligned with company objectives. **Main Responsibilities:** * Design and develop graphic assets for social media, advertising campaigns, and institutional materials. * Create and support video production, including reels, stories, and other digital formats. * Plan and coordinate the content calendar. * Supervise and coordinate the marketing team (more than 3 people). * Manage digital marketing campaigns focused on the healthcare sector. * Analyze metrics and results to optimize strategies. **Requirements:** * Proven experience as a Marketing Coordinator or Marketing Manager. * Experience in clinics or the healthcare sector (mandatory). * Proficiency in graphic design tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar). * Experience in audiovisual content creation (reels, short videos, etc.). * Experience leading teams of more than 3 people. * Knowledge of digital marketing and social media. **Competencies:** * Leadership. * Creativity and innovation. * Organization and planning. * Effective communication. * Results orientation. **Why AQUAMED?** * Salary commensurate with experience. * \+Family allowance (if applicable). * Formal payroll from day one, with 50% of all statutory benefits. * Discount on treatments and products. * Excellent working environment. * Opportunities for professional development and continuous training.
