Job Summary: We are seeking a creative and proactive Content Creator & Social Media professional for strategic and audiovisual content planning and creation, with social media management expertise. Social media management and design tools proficiency. **CONTENT CREATOR & SOCIAL MEDIA** Work Modality: On-site – San Martín de Porres * ***PROFILE*** We seek a creative, proactive, and organized individual with experience in strategic content planning and creation. Must demonstrate on-camera confidence and ease appearing in institutional and advertising audiovisual content. Additionally, must exhibit leadership skills, creativity, and proficiency with content creation tools and KPI measurement. ***REQUIREMENTS*** * Technical or university degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Graphic Design, Business Administration, or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of experience in similar roles. * Courses or knowledge in Digital Marketing, Social Media Management, and Digital Advertising. * On-camera performance and ease participating in videos, reels, live streams, and corporate content. * Proficiency in design and audiovisual editing software such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Canva, or related tools. * Knowledge of strategic content creation and digital metrics analysis. * Availability to work on-site in SMP. ***RESPONSIBILITIES*** * Manage and update institutional social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, among others). * Design and coordinate the production of graphic and audiovisual assets. * Record and participate in audiovisual content such as reels, promotional videos, live streams, and testimonials. * Write creative, persuasive content aligned with corporate identity. * Monitor and analyze content and social media KPIs. **CONDITIONS** **Working Hours**: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.; Saturday, 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. **Compensation:** S/ 1,800 RXH. Salary: S/.1,600\.00 \- S/.1,800\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
