Interest in fitness, sports, or healthy lifestyles. **VIDEO RECORDER AND EDITOR** We are looking for a highly proactive and experienced video recorder and editor to join our team in Miraflores. If you possess advanced proficiency in the Adobe Suite and excel at producing high-quality audiovisual content, we invite you to apply. **PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES** The candidate will be the cornerstone of our visual content creation, responsible for **recording, editing, and post\-production of all material**, ensuring brand visual and narrative consistency. * **Audiovisual Production:** **1\. VIDEO RECORDING and EDITING** for various platforms (social media, advertising, web). **2\. Creation of Class and Event Videos and Photos:** Capturing and editing footage from in-person classes, workshops, and special events. **3\. Value-Driven Content Generation:** Recording and editing **student testimonials**, interviews, tutorials, and promotional videos reflecting the brand experience. **4\. Post\-production:** Applying visual effects, color correction, sound design, and motion graphics. * **Visual Identity:** Ensuring aesthetic and narrative consistency across all video, photo, and graphic design materials. **5\. Graphic Design Assets:** Creating graphic assets as requested. **PROFILE REQUIREMENTS:** * Proven professional expertise in video editing software (e.g., CapCut, Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, etc.). * Demonstrable experience operating video and photography equipment (cameras, lighting, audio). * Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator. * Intermediate knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite. * Soft Skills: Responsible, highly organized, and proactive individual capable of working autonomously. * Added Value: Interest in or passion for fitness, sports, or healthy lifestyles (essential for alignment with content). **WORK CONDITIONS** * **Position:** Video Editor and Recorder. * **Location:** Miraflores \- Lima. * **Schedule:** * Monday to Friday: 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (**On-site**). * Saturday: 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. (**Remote**). * Sunday: 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (**On-site for course/event coverage**) One weekly day off, Monday through Friday.
