**Job Description**
A Bachelor of Accounting responsible for executing and overseeing the company's accounting, labor, and administrative processes, with special emphasis on preparing and disbursing civil construction payroll, fulfilling tax obligations, and supporting the organization's financial control.
**Main Responsibilities**
* Prepare and process civil construction and administrative staff payroll.
* Monitor attendance, daily work logs, overtime, medical leaves, and employee vacations.
* Calculate social benefits, final settlements, and statutory deductions.
* Manage salary disbursements, AFP (Private Pension Fund), ONP (National Pension System), and other labor contributions.
* Prepare pay slips and maintain up-to-date personnel records.
* Record accounting transactions and support financial documentation.
* Assist in tax filing and fulfillment of tax obligations.
* Monitor expense reports and petty cash.
* Verify valuations, invoices, and supporting documents for payments.
* Assist in bank reconciliations and cash flow control.
* Maintain an organized and updated accounting and labor archive.
* Coordinate with Human Resources, Administration, and Management.
* Ensure compliance with current labor and tax regulations.
* Provide support during internal audits or government inspections.
**Requirements**
* Bachelor of Accounting.
* Minimum 1–2 years of experience in civil construction payroll.
* Knowledge of labor legislation and the civil construction regime.
* Intermediate or advanced Excel proficiency.
* Familiarity with accounting and payroll systems.
* Knowledge of AFP NET, PLAME, and T\-Registro.
* Strong organizational, analytical, and confidentiality skills in handling information.
