On behalf of our client, we are currently seeking a **Resident Architect** to lead the execution of one of their upcoming projects. **Who are we looking for?** * Licensed, registered, and authorized architect. * Minimum 3 years of experience as a Resident Architect. * Experience in retail, commercial stores, restaurants, or related sectors. * Availability to work in Lima. * Knowledge of renovations (MANDATORY). * Specialization in Project Management, Lean Construction, and/or Retail (desirable). * Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, SketchUp, and Microsoft Office. * Schedule management (preparation). **Responsibilities** * Lead the comprehensive execution of the project, ensuring compliance with quality, timeline, and budget standards. * Supervise and optimize project progress, ensuring efficient use of resources. * Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and multidisciplinary teams. * Manage valuations, technical reports, and construction documentation. * Ensure compliance with safety, productivity, and operational excellence guidelines. **What do we offer?** * Competitive market-aligned compensation. * Participation in expansion projects of a rapidly growing brand. * Opportunities for professional development and growth. * Potential to participate in future organizational projects. * Continuous training and an excellent work environment. **Work Mode:** On-site **Project Location:** Av.
