A construction sector company is seeking an **Architecture Assistant**, responsible for supporting the development of drawings, modeling, quantity take-offs, and technical documentation for projects. **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree or graduate in Architecture. * Reside in areas near Huaura. * Minimum 6 months of experience in related positions. * Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD. * Proficiency in SketchUp, Revit, and MS Project is desirable (not mandatory). * Availability to work on-site. **Responsibilities** * Conducting on-site measurements for drawing preparation. * Preparation and updating of technical drawings. * Preparation of quantity take-offs. * Preparation of preliminary project proposals. * Preparation of progress reports and status reports. * Technical and administrative support to the immediate supervisor. **Benefits** * Pleasant working environment. * Opportunity for professional growth. * Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). * Comprehensive Risk Insurance (SCTR). **Additional Information** * Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:30 pm (1-hour lunch break).
