Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and responsible BIM Coordinator to join our technical team, providing on-site BIM management support and coordinating work among teams. Key Responsibilities: 1. Updating BIM models in Revit or Civil 3D. 2. Generating documentation from BIM models. 3. Promoting a collaborative environment on site. We are looking for a **BIM Coordinator** to join our **BIM technical team**, alongside the **BIM Specialist** and the **BIM Coordinator**, providing on-site BIM management support and coordinating work between the BIM technical team and the site staff. We seek a **proactive, organized, responsible, and highly motivated individual eager to learn**, who enjoys teamwork and contributes to a collaborative project environment. **Main Responsibilities** * Updating BIM models in **Revit** or **Civil 3D**. * Updating **federated models** and **4D simulations**. * Generating documentation from BIM models, such as **drawings, reports, and quantity takeoffs**. * Promoting a collaborative environment on site and within the BIM technical team. * Acting as the liaison between the **BIM technical team** and the **site staff**. **Candidate Profile** * Proficiency in **Revit** and/or **Civil 3D**. * Interest in BIM management applied to construction projects. * Ability to coordinate and communicate with technical and site teams. * Proactive attitude, commitment, and willingness to continuously learn. **Benefits** * Formal employment registration from day one * Ongoing training **Work Mode / Location** On-site / Cajamarca Send CV to: **rrhh1@novabuild.com.pe** Subject: **Application – BIM Modeler** Job Type: Full-time Work Location: On-site employment
