Job Summary: We are seeking 3 experienced civil works supervisors to lead and coordinate civil works, installations, and finishes, ensuring quality control and technical/economic project closeout for retail projects. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive supervision of civil works, installations, and finishes 2. Coordination with designers and contractors 3. Management of technical and economic project closeout At SUMAC, we are seeking 3 civil works supervisors with retail experience. Responsibilities: ● Supervise all civil works, installations, and finishes. ● Coordinate with responsible designers to obtain timely responses to site queries in coordination with TMH. ● Lead and prepare minutes for sector handover, weekly meetings, and site acceptance with appropriate advance notice. ● Coordinate with each contractor regarding participation, entry date according to the work schedule, and tracking of their approvals with TMH. ● Prepare Observation and Non-Conformance Reports, which must be attached to the weekly report and addressed immediately. ● Conduct audits and quality control for all construction processes of the project. ● Manage the technical and economic closeout of work executed by all contractors. ● Send a daily photographic status report of the worksite via WhatsApp to personnel designated by TMH’s Construction Manager. ● Ensure technical and economic closeout of executed work. ● Complete handover forms for Quality Dossiers and Assets to the client’s Facility Management and deliver them upon project completion. ● Ensure timely resolution of observations raised against each contractor per stipulated deadlines. ● Manage delivery of Quality Dossiers from all construction contractors. ● Manage signing of final acceptance certificates by each contractor upon project completion. ● Participate in and advise during INDECI inspections. ● Participate in and advise during audit inspections. Requirements: \- Licensed Civil Engineer. \- Minimum 5 years of experience. \- Proven experience as site resident or civil works supervisor with full responsibility. \- Mandatory experience in operational shopping centers. \- Immediate availability in Lima. \- Maximum gross salary: S/ 5,000 on payroll.
