Ability to identify decision-makers and schedule meetings. **JOIN A LEADING PROJECT DEVELOPMENT COMPANY!** At **V\&P Peru**, with over 23 years of experience in the industry, we are looking for a Field-Oriented Project Sales Representative. **1\.\- Experience** * 2 years of field sales experience in construction, hardware, electrical supplies, lighting, industrial supplies, and related sectors. * Experience visiting: construction sites, resident engineers, logistics departments. **2\.\- Industry Knowledge** * Basic understanding of: construction processes, project phases, electrical or construction materials, and customer types (e.g., construction companies, contractors, administrators). * Conduct information gathering as required. **3\.\- Commercial Skills** * Strong field prospecting capability. * Ability to identify opportunities at construction sites. * Ease in identifying decision-makers: Resident Engineers, Logistics Staff, Administrators. * Ability to gain access and schedule meetings. **4\.\- Competencies** * Proactivity. * Persistence in the field. * Results orientation. * Organization and portfolio follow-up. * Effective communication. **5\.\- Operational Requirements** * 100% field availability. * Basic Excel proficiency. **6\.\- Working Hours** * Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. \- 6:00 p.m. Salary: S/.1,500\.00 \- S/.1,501\.00 per hour Work Location: On-site employment
